RedShelf is an eBook delivery system available through ITS and Textbook Services connected through Blackboard. After searching the databases and UFind, discovered patron is a student in a class who is supposed to have free eBook access through Textbook services and RedShelf. Assisted in logging on and trying to use the "app" but patron still unable to access book. Determined she was a late enrollee and provided contact information for Textbook Services, ITS, and https://www.siue.edu/its/news/2019/05/redshelf.shtml
